Standard License — detailed terms

Personal & Non-Commercial Use

All downloads

Applies to all my public models on Civitai and to any download from this site, unless I've granted you a separate written commercial license.

✓ You may:

  • Download and use the model for personal, non-commercial image generation
  • Share generated images publicly on social media, your portfolio, your blog, Civitai, Discord, etc. — attribution to "Enzino / IntoRealism" appreciated
  • Use the model for learning, research, experimentation, and hobby projects
  • Generate adult (NSFW) content for private use, within the laws of your jurisdiction

✗ You must NOT:

  • Sell or commercialize the generated images in any form — no prints, no stock photos, no NFTs, no paid commissions using my model, no advertising material, no commercial portfolio pieces
  • Train any merge, finetune, LoRA, embedding, or derivative model based on this model — no model-on-model derivatives, period
  • Re-upload the model file (unchanged or modified) to any other platform
  • Sell, relicense, sublicense, or bundle the model file itself in any product
  • Use the model in any paid or commercial product, service, or pipeline without a separate written license from me
  • Host the model on a paid generation service, API, or SaaS without explicit written permission
  • Claim authorship of the model or remove attribution metadata
  • Generate illegal or harmful content (see "Prohibited content" below)

Commercial use? Talk to me.

Custom LoRA orders

If you ordered a custom LoRA from me (identity LoRA, brand style, etc.), the file is delivered to you exclusively with the following terms:

  • You own commercial rights over the specific custom LoRA I trained for you (this is what you paid for) — including the images you generate with it
  • The LoRA file is yours — I won't republish it or share it with anyone else
  • The base model on which I trained your LoRA (IntoRealism, etc.) is still governed by this standard license — your commercial rights apply to YOUR custom LoRA's outputs, not to general use of the base model
  • I retain the right to use anonymized training techniques learned from your project for future work (no identifying data)
  • Identity LoRAs require consent — you confirm the subject (yourself, or someone with written authorization) agreed to be trained

Generated images: who owns them?

Under the standard license, you may use generated images for personal purposes only. They are NOT yours to sell or commercialize. The model and its outputs remain protected under this license — generating an image with the model does not transfer commercial rights to you.

If you need to sell or commercialize your generated images, request a custom commercial license via /contact.

Prohibited content

Regardless of which license you have, you may NEVER use my models to generate:

  • Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, this is a hard line
  • Content that impersonates real people without their written consent (defamation, deepfake porn, fake endorsements, fraud)
  • Illegal content as defined by your country's laws (terrorism propaganda, doxxing, etc.)
  • Hateful content targeting protected groups (race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
  • Content used to mislead in elections, courts, or critical public discourse

Violation of these terms terminates your license immediately and may be reported to the relevant platforms and authorities.

Quick note on adult content: private generation of NSFW images for personal use is permitted. Publication, sharing, or commercial distribution of such content is your responsibility and must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the platform you publish on (Civitai, Patreon, etc. have their own rules).

Base models & upstream attribution

My models are trained on top of publicly available base models. Each base model has its own license that continues to apply to the parts of my model derived from it. The terms above are my additional conditions on the training I've added.

Here are the base models I use and their respective licenses:

Z-Image (by Tongyi-MAI)

Apache 2.0

Used as the base for: IntoRealism ZIT and other Z-Image-based models. Original repository: huggingface.co/Tongyi-MAI/Z-Image-Turbo

Attribution required (Apache 2.0): Original copyright © Tongyi-MAI / Alibaba. Modifications made by Enzino (additional training, fine-tuning, dataset curation) to produce the IntoRealism ZIT variants. The Apache 2.0 license applies to the base Z-Image weights; my additional terms apply to my training contributions on top.

Stable Diffusion XL (by Stability AI)

CreativeML Open RAIL++-M

Used as the base for: IntoRealism XL, IntoRealism Ultra, and other SDXL-based models. Original license: CreativeML Open RAIL++-M

Attribution required: Original copyright © Stability AI. Modifications made by Enzino. The RAIL++-M license's use-based restrictions (prohibited harmful uses) continue to apply on top of my terms — both sets are cumulative.

Qwen-Image (by Alibaba / Qwen team)

Apache 2.0

Used as the base for: IntoRealism Qwen. Original repository: huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen-Image

Attribution required (Apache 2.0): Original copyright © Alibaba / Qwen team. Modifications made by Enzino. The Apache 2.0 license applies to the base Qwen-Image weights.

How to comply when redistributing or referencing my models: if you reference, embed, or display credits for my models in any product, blog post, paper, or service, please include attribution to both Enzino / IntoRealism AND the underlying base model (Z-Image / SDXL / Qwen-Image) as listed above. This protects everyone in the chain — upstream authors, me, and you.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use IntoRealism for my YouTube thumbnails or personal social media?

Yes — for non-monetized personal social media, hobby YouTube videos, and personal blogs, you can use generated images. If your channel is monetized or you're using the imagery in a commercial context (sponsored content, ads, paid products), a commercial license is required — contact me.

I'm a freelance designer — can I use this for client work?

Not under the standard license. Client work is commercial use, and the standard license is personal/non-commercial only. To use the model in client work, agency projects, or any paid creative service, you need a custom commercial license. Reach out via /contact and I'll set up a per-project or per-team agreement.

Can I sell prints, NFTs, or books made with these images?

No, not under the standard license. Selling images generated with my model — whether as prints, NFTs, illustrated books, stock photos, merchandise, or commissioned art — is not permitted. The standard license is non-commercial.

If you want to sell outputs, get a commercial license: /contact.

Can I host this model on my own image generation service / API?

Not without a separate commercial agreement. Even free hosted services that compete with my distribution channel are not allowed without permission. For paid services, APIs, or SaaS integrations, contact me — /contact — for licensing terms tailored to your platform.

Can I train a LoRA, finetune, or merge based on IntoRealism?

No. Training merges, finetunes, LoRAs, embeddings, or any kind of derivative model on top of IntoRealism is not permitted. The model architecture, weights, and training are protected — please don't use them as a starting point for your own model.

You're free to train your own model from scratch on your own dataset and call it whatever you like, but not by building on top of mine.

I want to use this model in a startup / SaaS — what do I need?

A custom written commercial license. Reach out via /contact with a brief description of your project, expected volume, and business model. I work with startups, SaaS, agencies, and enterprises on case-by-case licensing terms.

What happens if I violate the license?

Your license is automatically terminated. For serious violations (illegal content, impersonation, mass redistribution), I may report you to the platform you uploaded on (Civitai, HuggingFace, etc.) and to legal authorities where applicable. Don't.

Can the license terms change?

Yes, I reserve the right to update these terms. Changes apply to new downloads from the date of update. Existing users keep their license under the terms in effect at the time of their download or purchase. I'll always announce significant changes on Civitai and on this page.

What base model licenses apply to your models?

It depends on which model you downloaded — each base has its own upstream license that still applies on top of mine:

  • Z-Image-based models (IntoRealism ZIT): base is licensed under Apache 2.0 (© Tongyi-MAI). Attribution required if redistributed or referenced.
  • SDXL-based models (IntoRealism XL, Ultra): base is licensed under CreativeML Open RAIL++-M (© Stability AI). Use-based restrictions still apply.
  • Qwen-Image-based models (IntoRealism Qwen): base is licensed under Apache 2.0 (© Alibaba / Qwen). Attribution required if redistributed or referenced.

My additional terms (no merging, no commercial sale of outputs without permission) are cumulative with these base licenses, not in replacement of them. Whichever is more restrictive on a given point wins.

See the "Base models & upstream attribution" section above for full details.
