By accessing or using Enzino AI's website (enzinoai.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Enzino AI provides AI models (checkpoints), workflows, tools, and related digital products for image generation. We also offer custom LoRA training services and subscription-based access to our product catalog.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Digital Products — License

When you purchase or download our digital products (models, workflows, tools), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them. Specifically:

• You may use our models for personal and commercial image generation
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the model files themselves
• You may not claim authorship of our models or present them as your own work
• Generated images are yours — you retain full rights to outputs created with our models

5. Custom LoRA Services

For custom LoRA training services:

• You must own or have proper rights to the reference images you provide
• We do not publicly share faces or reference material without your consent
• The resulting LoRA file is for your personal use only unless otherwise agreed
• Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the quote provided before work begins
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis before training begins; once training is complete, the service is considered delivered

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to our full product catalog for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Ko-Fi or by contacting us. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through PayPal, Stripe, or Ko-Fi. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services to generate illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
• Generate content depicting real people without their consent
• Redistribute or resell our model files or tools
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract training data from our models
• Use automated systems to scrape our website or abuse our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All models, tools, workflows, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Enzino AI. The IntoRealism name and associated branding are our trademarks. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Content Guidelines

While we do not monitor your generated outputs, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that use our services to produce content that violates applicable laws or our ethical guidelines.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use purchased products remains valid, but access to subscription content ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
