Responsible Use
This page sets out how models published on enzinoAI may be used. It is a platform policy, not a grant of rights: it does not give anyone permission to use another person's likeness, and it does not override the law where you are.
Models depicting real individuals
Some models in this library depict public figures. They are unofficial, fan-created works. They are independently created and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with the individuals depicted.
They are provided solely for lawful creative, artistic and research purposes.
What you must not do
Models from this library must not be used to:
- impersonate anyone, or create material intended to deceive;
- defame, harass, threaten or exploit any person;
- create non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of a real person;
- generate any sexual content involving minors, or anyone appearing to be a minor;
- present generated media as an authentic photograph, recording or statement;
- imply that a depicted person endorses a product, a cause, a candidate or an opinion.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, with the rules of the platforms you publish on, and with third-party rights including personality, publicity, image, trademark and copyright rights. Those rules differ from one country to the next, and a model being available here does not mean a given use is lawful where you live.
If you publish generated media depicting a real person, label it clearly as AI-generated.
Reporting a model
If you are depicted by a model in this library, if you hold rights in a depicted likeness, or if you believe a model breaches this policy, use the contact form or write to contact@enzinoai.com with the model name and a link to its page.
Requests are reviewed individually. A model can be withdrawn from the Browser immediately while a request is being examined, and removal does not require any admission that something was wrong.
Enforcement
Models that breach this policy are removed. Where a repository is hosted on Hugging Face, its own content guidelines apply in addition to this page.
