Are all formats included?
Yes. When a model exists in BF16, FP8 or any other format, Pro gives you every one of them, not just the cheapest.
Where do I download the files?
On Ko-fi. The Pro library there holds every file, available as soon as you join.
Are new releases included?
Yes. Every paid release added to the library is part of Pro while your membership is active.
How do I cancel?
On Ko-fi, whenever you like. Nothing to ask, and no further payment is taken.
Is a custom character included?
No. Create is a made-to-order service, trained for you alone, and priced separately. One-of-a-kind products sold to a single buyer are not part of Pro either.
Can I use the models commercially?
Pro files come with the standard model license. For commercial use, see commercial licensing.
Will my account here show that I am Pro?
Yes, if you use the same email address on Ko-fi and on your enzinoAI account.
